Transcript Needed

Help--I need a copy of my course transcript

Two ways to get a course transcript:

1) View online transcript

The online course list shows all courses you have registered for since 10/04.

Here's how to view and print your online transcript:

1 Click on Student Login from the top right hand corner of any funcpe.com page:

2 Enter your User ID and Password (did you forget your User ID and/or password?):

3 When you see your list of courses enrolled in, click on File, Print (Internet Explorer) on the top menu to print this page

Want to view CPE hours or date of completion? Print or view the Certificate of Completion to see CPE hours, completion date, subject area and provider numbers.

2) OR--Request emailed transcript --system generated transcript

Our course system can generate a transcript of courses taken, dating back to October, 2004. We can also check our older system for courses taken prior to 10/04--just specify how far back you want us to look.

If you need a system generated course transcript, please call or email us, and we will email it back to you.
