Help-I didn't receive
the certificate of completion
You should receive a
certificate of completion within about 10 minutes of passing
the final exam for the course.
We will be happy to send you a copy of your certificate. Just submit
your full name and the name or number of the course you completed. We
will email you a copy of your certificate within 24 hours (usually
much quicker).
Certificates are:

Sent automatically when
you pass the final exam

Initially sent as a PDF
attachment to an email

Sometimes blocked as
"spam" or put in a junk or bulk mail folder
We will send your
duplicate certificate in the body of the email, so it will be sure to
get through to you.
