Hi. I've just completed the online exam for the
course ID 9001.07. The Review Exam and the Final Exam
both showed my score as 0. I'm assuming after many
years of tax practice I can't have failed this
miserably . . . . Please let me know how I can retake
the exam online and have it graded accurately.

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. You've made me a happy customer, and I'll know not to use Safari for taking future exams on-line. I re-took the exam using another computer after we talked, and went from 0 to 100, and I don't even drive a sports car.
