** 2009 TAX YEAR NOTE: Tax Year 2009 is the most current material available for most publications available from the IRS. The IRS typically releases the current tax year publications in the first quarter of the following year--so look for the 2010 tax year courses in Jan/Feb of 2011.

++ MULTI-YEAR NOTE: These CPE courses are current. Some IRS publications are not updated annually, and in fact may only be updated every 3-5 years or so.

Note that you can retake a CPE course on the same topic, so long as the material has been updated. If you previously took the free CPE course #1101.08 on Charitable Contributions, you can also take free CPE course # 101109.
