Purchase Orders Accepted

If you would like to purchase courses using a company Purchase Order:

  • Print out the Order Form
  • Fill out one Order Form per student
  • Attach a copy of your Purchase Order
  • Mail or fax both documents to us
  • We will invoice you for the order total, net 30 days.

You can enroll several students from the same company by filling out a separate Order Form for each person, and including these orders on a single Purchase Order.
