Add FunCPE to Your Email Safe ListThis page explains how to add FunCPE to your email system "Safe List" so that you will receive your course related emails, such as your certificate of completion. Sometimes our emails are labelled as "spam"Unsolicited, unwanted advertising email, commonly known as "spam", has become a big problem. There is so much spam that most email services and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) have put blocking and filtering systems to keep these messages out. The systems work . . .but sometimes they work too well, blocking messages that you want to receive from reputable senders. Our certificate emails are sent as PDF attachments, and they are sometimes filtered out as spam, even though we never send unsolicited email. In most cases the intended recipient of the email is not notified (and neither are we) that the message did not get through. But there is something you can do to make sure you receive your emails. The solution is to "whitelist" FunCPE before your delivery is interrupted. One critical thing you can do that helps no matter what email system you're using is this: add our address to your address book. Of course, every email system is different.Below are instructions for some of the more popular ones. If yours isn't here, please contact your ISP's customer service department for their instructions.
